three lakes Neighborhood

Three Lakes has a mandatory homeowners association governed by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. There is a five member homeowner-elected board in place who serves the community by upholding the high standards of the declarations. The Board of Directors hold board meetings as needed and one annual meeting a year and welcomes and encourage all owners to attend.

  • Annual Assessments: $250. ($25 late fee if paid after March 31st) 
  • Lot Sizes: 1 acre (average)
  • Single Family Homes: 2800+ sqft
  • HOA Board Elections: Each Spring.  Term length: 2 years
  • Annual Board Meeting: Spring

*Three Lakes Subdivision was built in eight “phases,” each having its own set of covenants.  The covenants are very similar, but some have minor differences.  To determine the unit that a property is in, reference this map.
