Three Lakes is located in northwest St. Charles, Illinois approximately 38 miles west of downtown Chicago.  Three Lakes is just minutes from all the shopping and dining amenities on Randall Road.

Three Lakes was originally developed in the late 1990s to be one of the more desirable neighborhoods in St. Charles.  There are 169 sub-divided lots that are each around one acre and house structures that are of high quality of design and workmanship while enhancing the existing features of natural beauty, openness, and visual continuity of the area.  The Three Lakes Homeowners Association maintains high standards for the benefits of all Three Lakes residents.
